Haas CNC Control/IPS Training is available at HFO/Louisiana’s Lafayette, Tech Center and Mississippi’s Tech Center at Jones County Community College.
Training consists of either an intermediate CNC lathe operator/programming class or an intermediate CNC mill operator/programming class. These classes require a moderate reading level, a fundamental understanding of fractions and decimals, G amd M codes and a minimum knowledge of basic blueprint reading. Intermediate operator/programming classes are available to customers with basic CNC programming experience, including but not limited to conversational programming (VQC/IPS).
Class Hours 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. each day
Class Length – 1 Day
Rate – FREE ($500 value)
Travel/Meals – Students are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses as well as lunch. Breakfast will be provided on class days. Due to limited seating, classes will be filled on a first call basis. Class schedules may be subject to change.
On-Site Training: On-site training at your facilities can also be provided at a cost of $1,100/day and can be broken down into 1/2 day intervals. Training plus $100 per hour travel time to and from the nearest Tech Center and lodging.
